Designing for multiple screen sizes is intended for responsive web design by using a resizable design surface and media query breakpoints. As the previous articles said, consideration of the layout of different devices, browsers might make the users get information more clearly. Furthermore, Designer friendly features would allow user to express their idea effectively.
In terms of Adobe Muse, It is very customizable for creating website that looks good. Especially, the feature for web diagram looks useful to control overall website. Overall, Adobe Muse could help the users design website effectively compared to Dreamweaver that I have used before.
