According to this article, great design would be more possible with collaboration. Even though working with others causes argument as well as good relationship, a collaborative work might bring better ideas, skills, decisions what I have not expected myself. Furthermore, the article includes not only what a collaborative team meant to be for getting better result, but also what the individual role in group would be.
It was very worthwhile to read this article that includes from individual attitudes to whole process. It also says that this process would be hard but I can do more than I ever could on my own if I trust and rely on my group.
